HR oversees the staffing needs of MES and has to supply enough trained staff to reach the goals of the programs. MES utilizes the following staff: social auxiliary and social workers, nursing staff, pre-school teachers, pastors, financial, resource and development, youth care workers, cooks, cleaners and general maintenance workers. MES pays market related salaries and at present there are no vacancies.
