HR oversees the staffing needs of MES and has to supply enough trained staff to reach the goals of the programs. MES utilizes the following staff: social auxiliary and social workers, nursing staff, pre-school teachers, pastors, financial, resource and development, youth care workers, cooks, cleaners and general maintenance workers.

Resource Developer MES

Job purpose:

·         To administrate, coordinate & manage the RD strategy with a special focus on trusts, corporates & embassies

Requirements:

·         Relevant tertiary qualification

·         Drivers license

·         Min 1 year broad-based fundraising experience in a grant-centered environment
